Zygarowski Frank Laflamme Timothy McLellan MINUTES January 13, 2015 The following are the minutes of a public hearing held Tuesday, January 13, 2015 at 6:30 PM in the City Council Chambers, Fourth Floor, City Hall Annex, 274 Front Street, Chicopee, MA 01013. Members Present: Tillotson, Labrie, Laflamme, Zygarowski, McLellan Also Present: Daniel Garvey (Associate City Solicitor), Frank Czepiel (Handicap Commission for Disabled), Councilor Lamontagne The meeting was called to order at 6:30 PM. In compliance with the open meeting laws the Chairman asked if anyone in the audience was recording the meeting. ITEM #1 Striking From Isolated Stop Sign – Sherbrook Street – At intersection of Sherbrook Street and Bay State Rd – Isolated Stop Sign. Motion made by Councilor Zygarowski and second by Councilor Laflamme to approve Committee vote 5 – 0 favorable. ITEM #2 Striking From – Parking Regulation – Kendall Street – After the intersection of Stebbins Street heading north towards Rolf Avenue, west side of street for a distance of 50 feet – Parking Prohibited 11 PM – 6 AM Motion made by Councilor Zygarowski and second by Councilor McLellan to approve. Committee vote 5 – 0 favorable. ITEM #3 Parking Regulation – Kendall Street – After the intersection of Stebbins Street heading north towards Rolf Avenue, east side of street for a distance of 50 feet – Parking Prohibited 11 PM – 6AM 1 Motion made by Councilor LaFlamme and second by Councilor McLellan to approve. Committee vote 5 – 0 favorable. ITEM #4 TABLED 12/9/14 Right Turn on Red 260-72 – Montcalm Street – At the intersection of New Ludlow Road in both directions – Right Turn on Red Prohibited. Motion to remove from the table – motion passed. Motion made by Councilor Zygarowski and second by Councilor LaFlamme to approve Committee vote 5 – 0 favorable ITEM #5 TABLED 12/9/14 Right Turn on Red 260-72 – New Ludlow Road – At the intersection of New Ludlow Road in both directions – Right Turn on Red Prohibited.
