Members Present: Tillotson (Zoom), Krampits, Dobosz, Labrie Member Absent: Roy Also Present: Dan Garvey (Associate City Solicitor), Councilor Laflamme, Councilor Zygarowski, Councilor Pniak-Costello The meeting was called to order at 6:30 PM by Vice Chair, Krampits In compliance with the open meeting laws the Chairman asked if anyone in the audience was recording the meeting. Hearing none the meeting continued. ITEM #1 Chapter 7 Ordinance Revisions Minimum Wage increase to $15.00 effective 1/1/23 for Group 3 Council on Aging, Group 4 Library, Engineering, Highway, Sanitation, Parks, Flood Control, Golf, Water, Wastewater, Parks & Recreation, Human Resources and other Group 4 Wage adjustments caused by the minimum wage increase to $15.00 for the Parks & Recreation and Golf Councilor Krampits stated that this is a proposed ordinance to increase the salaries because of the increase in minimum wage by the state. Motion made by Councilor Dobosz and second by Councilor Labrie to approve. Roll call Yes No Tillotson X Krampits X Dobosz X 1  Labrie X Roy Absent Motion passed. ITEM #2 Minutes – November 7, 2022 & December 13, 2022 Motion made by Councilor Labrie and second by Councilor Krampits to approve.
