Approval of Bills: Warrants dated June 27th, July 11th, July 18th, July 25th, August 1st, and August 15th D. Public Input: Each speaker is asked to direct their comments to the Chair and keep their remarks to 5 minutes. E. Communications: 1. Letter from Jason Reed from the Chicopee Boys & Girls Club regarding the Juvenile Delinquency Prevention Program. 2. Letter from Melissa Cryan from the Massachusetts EOEEA regarding the final approval of the City of Chicopee’s Open Space and Recreation Plan. 3. Request from St. Stanislaus School to use Szot Park for their school picnic on Tuesday, May 19th from 8:30am to 2:30pm. Rain date would be Thursday, May 21st. 4. Request from Gandara Center to use Szot Park for their field day on August 22nd from 11:00am to 2:00pm. 5. Request from Patrick Graham from Hampden Charter School for field use at Bowie Field for the fall soccer season. 6. Request from Melissa Breor of the Chicopee Chamber of Commerce to use Szot Park for the annual Thriller 5K on Saturday, October 25th. 7. Request from Jason Drobot of Mt. Beverage Party Solutions to bring his food trailer at Ray Ash, Preston, and Dana Parks for the fall soccer season. 8. Other Communications F. Maintenance Report: 1. Adult Rec Programs: Tang Soo Do Korean Martial Arts 2. Adult Rec Leagues: Softball – Men’s Finals – August 17th. Women’s and Co-Ed – Complete. 3. Youth Rec Leagues: Youth Soccer – Practices begin August 25th. 4. Youth Rec Programs: Tang Soo Do Korean Martial Arts. Gold Star Zoo – Complete. 5. Aquatics: Rivers Pool – Closed. Ray Ash Pool – Tentatively closing August 24th. 6. Trips: Boston Red Sox at New York Yankees – August 24th 7. OPEE: Complete 8. Events: Dominoes Event – August 17th.
