Request from Brent Dillard to run the Gold Star Soccer Zoo program this fall at Williams Park on Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings. 2. Request from Ashley Mahan from St. Joan of Arc School to use Ray Ash Park for their annual Walk-a-thon on Friday, September 26th from 7:00am to 12:00pm. Rain date is Monday, September 29th. 3. Request from Ashley Mahan from St. Joan of Arc School to use Ray Ash Park for their annual Field Day on Friday, May 15, 2026 from 7:00am to 2:00pm. Rain date is Monday, May 18, 2026. 4. Other communications D. New Business: 1. Review of current Chicopee Suburban Basketball program structure, including team structures, tryout formats, and online registration. 2.
