Planning Director Jack Benjamin X Development Manager Jim Dawson X Item 1: VARIANCE from Chapter 275-52 area requirement from 10,000 SF to 7,952 SF and average depth from 100’ to 96.7’ for the purpose of transferring 538 SF from 147 Summit St. to 150 Stebbins St. Location: 150 Stebbins St. Applicant: Russell F. and Kathleen M. Anderson, same address. Notes: The Applicants/Owners of both properties presented their cases to the Board, explaining that the transfer of 538 square feet of property from 147 Summit Ave. to 150 Stebbins St. would “square-up” the rear lot line of 147 Summit Ave. The Board’s opinion was there would be no adverse effect on the neighborhood and voted to approve the request. Councilor Shane Brooks (Ward 2) spoke in favor of the request. Motion to approve was made by Derek Dobosz and seconded by Christina Loy. Vote was 4-0 to approve the request.
