Planning Director Jack Benjamin X Development Manager Jim Dawson X Item 1: VARIANCE from Chapter 275-52 area requirement from 10,000 SF to 7,500 SF for existing house lot and to 7,610’+/- SF for the proposed new lot. Frontage from 100’ to 75’ for both lots. Purpose: To create a new reduced size single-family building lot and leave existing house on a reduced size lot. Notes: The Applicant and his brother were in attendance. The Applicant’s brother Tim Presz explained the petition and the reasoning for requesting the Variance. He advocated that the new home and lot would be consistent with the current character of the surrounding properties and structures. Motion to approve was made by Gary Stamborski and seconded by Miguel Roldan. Vote was 4-0 to approve the request.
