Location: 543 Lafleur Dr. Chicopee, MA 01013. Applicant: Veronica Jaszek, same address. Notes: The Applicant provided the Board with a brief overview of his petition presented at the hearing on May 12, 2021. The Board reiterated their opinion that the Applicant’s property was large enough to accommodate the required setback for the carport if the shed was relocated. Staff reported no further public comments had been received Anthony Gallant reminded the Board of the comments read into the meeting record at the May 12, 2021 hearing. Finding no legitimate hardship, the Board voted to deny the Variance. Motion to approve was made by Anthony Gallant and seconded by Carissa Lisee. Vote was 4-0 to deny.
