Discuss and provide direction to staff. 2. 2021-2029 Housing Element Update and Zoning Ordinance Amendments. Discussion Regarding Proposed Amendments to the 2021-2029 Housing Element Update and Zoning Ordinance Amendments related to the Overlay Districts for Affordable Housing.
