Award a contract in the amount of $148,506.98 to New Tangram, LLC, Newport Beach, CA for the City Hall 2nd Floor Furniture Replacement project (PF210); including expenditures of up to $14,850 in construction contingencies. 5. Amendment to the Agreement for the Joint Exercise of Powers Relative to the San Bernardino Associated Governments. Approve Amendment No. 4 to the San Bernardino Associated Governments Joint Powers Authority Agreement and approve increase in City of Chino member dues to $58,614, with an annual price increase based on the Consumer Price Index or 2%, whichever is less. NEW BUSINESS 6. Subdivision Improvement Agreement with UTR College Park LLC for Parcel Map No. 20348, commonly referred to as “The Campus at College Park”. Approve Subdivision Improvement Agreement and Securities with UTR College Park LLC for Tract Map No. 20348 and authorize the City Manager to execute the necessary documents on behalf of the City.
