Other Reports: CONCERNS AND COMMENTS FROM THE AUDIENCE CORRESPONDENCE (in order of date received): 1. 7/28/20 – Culture/Tourism grant (see handout) 2. 7/15/20 - Susan Hoppe, Colombe Rd, suggested Balkan needs a campground/complaint: fireworks and debris at Colombe pit / compliment: No Trespassing sign at Colombe pit OLD BUSINESS: 1. Complaint about Long Lake public access – Dirk talked to Conservation officer, Don 2. Haiskanen road closing – need two weeks advance notice to publish in paper to let residents know – Approximate date of road closing needed 3. Plexiglass shields needed for election 4. City of Chisholm – Canister site expansion Purchase order (see handout) 5. Jon Mocol’s current and proposed coverage – MATIT assessment (see handout) NEW BUSINESS: 1. Work Priority Sheet 2.
