Other Reports: CONCERNS AND COMMENTS FROM THE AUDIENCE CORRESPONDENCE (in order of date received): 1. 8/15/20 - MATIT insurance renewal – see handout 2. 8/21/20 - MN Revenue – 2nd Quarter 2020 – notice of not filing quarterly 3. 8/25/20 - Marian from Buhl called to ask if we require our canister site attendants to wear masks. According to SLC – Environmental services – masks are not mandatory if outside and socially distancing, but if our attendant goes to a car - side window, a mask should be worn. Also, SLC suggested we have a sanitizing station in our site and to provide gloves to our attendants. However, it is up to the township to make these decisions. OLD BUSINESS: 1. The Chisholm/Balkan Fire Contract – needs signing and notarizing 2. Jim Ferrell’s application to brush the roads (see application) 3.
