Other Reports: CONCERNS AND COMMENTS FROM THE AUDIENCE CORRESPONDENCE (in order of date received): 1. 9/13/21 – Aramark’s contract - update 2. 9/14/21 – Century Link bill for garage/office – discussion 3. 9/20/21 – Lakes Gas propane bid – see handout OLD BUSINESS: 1. Parts/Equipment protocol – employee can order the part, then have vendor call the office for payment. 2. Broadband update - Jennifer NEW BUSINESS: 1. Work Priority Sheets are in the packets. 2. Supervisor Tarnowski applied for the SLC planning grant for broadband – See handout 3. Approve Resolution authorizing Balkan Twp to make an application and accept funds from SLC and IRRRB for broadband grant programs – see attached 4. Jim Daugherty was hired at the canister site and started on 9/15/21, Wednesday. There are now 4 canister site attendants. 5. Needed for the canister site: an umbrella and screen door to keep out the wasps. UPCOMING MEETINGS/EVENTS: 1. September 25th, 2021 Pancake Breakfast 2.
