Other Reports: CONCERNS AND COMMENTS FROM THE AUDIENCE CORRESPONDENCE (in order of date received): 1. 10/6/21 – Email from Marie Tolonen regarding no more stand-alone Chisholm Tribune paper, only a Chisholm section in Mesabi Tribune 2. 10/11/21 – Jon Mocol, MATIT, regarding insuring the Front-end Loader rental – insured as of 10/12/21 3. 10/12/21 – A resident suggested Balkan put the snow plow agreements out earlier…in September. 4. 10/12/21 – SLC Horse committee to meet at the cc once/week from Nov 4th, 2021 to March 10th, 2022 – meeting room – Thursdays- Karen will let us know 5. 10/18/21 – SLC Environmental Services sent a letter of increase in tipping fees for 2022. New prices will be $2 per punch. Increase of $0.50 per punch. OLD BUSINESS: 1. Should we purchase AVG for a year? For pc and internet protection 2. Send severance letter to the union, as is? 3. Ben Crosby, Superior Fuel, requests we send him the winning propane bid and the bid price…Thoughts? NEW BUSINESS: 1. Work Priority Sheets are in the packets. Supervisor VerSteeg gave the clerk a Road Inspection Sheet. This detail where the roads are on grading and maintenance. 2. Should we put up a sign at the community center that only service dogs are allowed inside? A resident suggested this after the last pancake breakfast.
