Other Reports: CONCERNS AND COMMENTS FROM THE AUDIENCE: CORRESPONDENCE (in order of date received): 1. 11/21/2022 – MN Dept of Health – Food service license for 2023 OLD BUSINESS: 1. Noxious Weed Inspector – needs 2 signatures and then ready to mail 2. Signatures for Fire Protection and Canister site agreement NEW BUSINESS: 1. Work Priority Sheets are in the packets. 2. We need a new Minutes book – need approval - $238.20 Amazon 3. Winter 2022 Newsletter is ready for approval, then printing – hope to mail it the week of Dec. 7th 4. CC rentals – new policy needed – Renters only to come in on the date they rented, no more time to set up unless they want to pay for that day too – Action needed 5. Primary Purpose Group annual renewal of contract – need signatures 6. Reflectors needed on both side of cc’s driveway – hard to see the entrance at night 7.
