Other Reports: CONCERNS AND COMMENTS FROM THE AUDIENCE: CORRESPONDENCE (in order of date received): 1. 12/2/2022 – MATIT Consolidated Liability Coverage 2023 - $14,308.00 due on March 15th, 2023 – increase of $2,813.00 or 9.8% 2. 12/5/2022 – The Broadband Pilot Program was approved at the State level – Steve Howard has been asked for a new cost estimate for Balkan Township by Shari Fisher – Possible Zoom Meeting with Ida Rukavina (RAMS) soon 3. 12/5/2022 – MAT – U – Balkan Twp. Uses one main email for their username – registered Balkan to begin to use (for free for 2023) in January 2023 4. 12/6/2022 – St Louis County Association of Townships (SLCAT) – list of meetings, times, and Go-to-meeting access codes for 12/7/22 – 5/24/23 – see handout in packet OLD BUSINESS: 1. Fire Protection and Recycling Agreements are ready to sign and send back to Chisholm 2. Requirements for office response from MAT lawyer – see handout 3. Plaque quote for cc – see handout 4. Garbage canister at the cc was dumped 12/12/2022 by General Waste NEW BUSINESS: 1. Work Priority Sheets are in the packets. 2. WEX-VEBA account from 2008 – Sent us a bill and docusign to set up our new account – Need signatures authorizing Misty on this new account 3.
