Other Reports: CONCERNS AND COMMENTS FROM THE AUDIENCE: CORRESPONDENCE (in order of date received): 1. 12/26/22 – Shari Fisher said the low density 75/25% grant opened Dec. 19th, 2022 – Steve Howard to meet with Balkan Jan. 10th, 2023 at the meeting to discuss the application and update the costs for bringing broadband to Balkan – will need letters of support from residents, businesses, and community leaders. OLD BUSINESS: 1. Canister dumped at the cc today 2. Chisholm Food Shelf donation – 7 lbs. of leftover candy from Christmas party – Thanks Deb V. for bringing that in! 3. 67-day rule – 57 days used for Part Time operators as of 12/24/2022 NEW BUSINESS: 1. Work Priority Sheets are in the packets. 2. The Balkan Sweatshirts have arrived! 3. Refrigerator drawer damage for cc rental on 12/25/22 – no damage deposit held - What would the supervisors recommend doing with this? 4. Can we pay a supervisor on the next payroll for hours worked and monthly payment in January? 5. Levy distribution for 2023 - Kent UPCOMING MEETINGS/EVENTS: 1. Pie Social – January 28th, 2023 1-3pm 2.
