Other Reports: CONCERNS AND COMMENTS FROM THE AUDIENCE: CORRESPONDENCE (in order of date received): 1. 1/16/24 – LBAE scheduled for 4/25/24 6-7pm 2. 1/18/24 – MATIT Property, auto and liability insurance extended through 6/30/2024 at no extra charge – due to MATIT wanting the premium due on July 1st of every year ensuing – see chairman’s folder OLD BUSINESS: 1. Fitness class contract for services( Thank you Shari ) – 1099 for Angela – to sign 2. Truck for sale – Process needs to be decided on – Ad in Paper or Do-bid – see contract and sliding scale of costs – in chairman’s folder 3. Received the title for the 2006 Sterling. It’s been filed.
