Other Reports: CONCERNS AND COMMENTS FROM THE AUDIENCE: CORRESPONDENCE (in order of date received): 1. 2/23/2024 - Refund from MATIT from removing 2001 International Plow Truck - $264 – see chairman’s folder 2. 2/23/24 – WP Recreation – Playground equipment now is 35-45% off, in August will be 45-50% off – see email in chairman’s folder 3. 2/26/24 – City of Chisholm Summer Rec. Program – asking for monetary commitment. – last year $1500 contributed – see chairman’s folder 4. 3/4/24 – Tax forfeit property moving to private – see chairman’s folder OLD BUSINESS: 1. RAMS membership – last year we paid $300 in dues, this year it’s $360 – Does anyone have any interest in RAMS projects this year? It was tabled in November 2023 when they sent the first dues bill. 2. Township election postcards to go out in the mail – Monday March 4th, 2024 3. Need a system to keep up on the batteries and accessories for the AED machines. – build into the Fire and Ambulance Agreement with Chisholm? 4. Budget for 2025 – approval NEW BUSINESS: 1.
