Other Reports: CONCERNS AND COMMENTS FROM THE AUDIENCE: CORRESPONDENCE (in order of date received): 1. 1/6/2025 - MetLife’s rates haven’t changed for the year. See chairman’s folder 2. 1/6/2025 – SLC Flood Plain planning commission will hold a virtual meeting on 1/16/25 at 9am to discuss the National Flood Insurance Program to continue to issue permits within a floodplain. SLC has to adopt a new floodplain ordinance by March 25th, 2025. OLD BUSINESS: 1. The phone at the office is out again. Should we order a Straight talk phone and end our Century Link phone problems? NEW BUSINESS: 1. Work Priority Sheets are in the packets. 2. Dave cleaned up a posting box for the office 3. Paul Forti, Sunrise Bakery, donated a flagpole. UPCOMING MEETINGS/EVENTS: 1.
