MINUTES CICERO TOWN COUNCIL MEETING April 2, 2013, Town Hall 7:00 PM Cicero Town Hall, 70 N. Byron Street Call To Order: President Jerry Cook called the meeting to order and led the Pledge of Allegiance. Mr. Brett Foster gave prayer. President Cook called for the roll call and the members of the Town Council were present or absent as follows: Present: Jerry Cook Absent: Eric Hayden Brett Foster Kay Hartley Dennis Schrumpf President Cook declared a quorum present. Others Present: Jan Unger, Clerk Treasurer Pat Comer, Street & Utility Director Dave Hildebrand, Police Chief Aaron Culp, Town Attorney Approval of Prior Minutes: Town Council Meeting Minutes for March 19th, 2013 – Mr. Foster made a motion to approve the Minutes for March 19th, 2013. Ms. Hartley seconded, motion passed. Approval of Agenda Mr. Cook added to the Engineers report a discussion on the rates for developers. Mr. Schrumpf made a motion to approve the agenda as amended. Mr. Foster seconded, motion passed. Approval of Claims Ms. Hartley made a motion to approve the claims as presented. Mr. Schrumpf seconded, motion passed. Petitions by Citizens There were none. President’s Report President Cook had nothing. Council Committee Reports There were none. Legal Counsel Report- Aaron Culp: Mr. Culp had nothing. Cicero/Jackson Township Plan Commission Report No one was available. Town Engineer Report Mr. Bryant was not available but submitted the following report. 1. Mr. Bryant submitted rates for the Council to approve for reimbursable items from developers for engineering fees; see attached. After a brief discussion Mr. Foster made a motion to approve the reimbursable rates for developers leaving the Town’s rates the same. Mr. Schrumpf seconded, motion passed. 1  2. Mr. Bryant submitted a written Engineer’s Report; see attached. Old Business There was nothing. New Business There was nothing. Miscellaneous Business There was none. Comments from the Public There were none. Signatures on Official Documents! Ms. Hartley made a motion to adjourn the Town Council Meeting. Mr. Foster seconded.
