Draft 1 Proposed 4 TOWN OF CICERO TOWN COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES December 30, 2013 At 7:00 PM Call To Order: President Jerry Cook called the meeting to order and led the Pledge of Allegiance. Mr. Foster gave prayer. President Cook called for the roll call and the members of the Town Council were present or absent as follows: Present: Jerry Cook Absent: Eric Hayden Dennis Schrumpf Brett Foster Kay Hartley Declared a quorum present. Others Present: Jan Unger, Clerk Treasurer Pat Comer, Street & Utilities Director Approval of Claims: There was a question and discussion concerning the claims for American Eagle Equipment. Parts of the claims were for the new police cars and one was for the plan commission vehicle. Mr. Schrumpf called Mr. Munoz regarding the plan commission car and was satisfied with the explanation that the vehicle could be used in an emergency or when he was doing inspections. Mr. Foster made a motion to approve the claims as presented. Mr. Schrumpf seconded, motion passed. Miscellaneous 1. Approve Bond for Clerk Treasurer – Ms. Hartley made a motion to approve the bond for the Clerk Treasurer allowing President Cook to sign. Mr. Foster seconded, motion passed.
