Council To Consider Ordinance 10-06-2015-2 An Ordinance Of The Town Council Of The Town Of Cicero, Indiana, Authorizing The Issuance Of General Obligation Bonds For The Purpose Of Providing Funds To Pay For Certain Capital Projects And Incidental Expenses In Connection Therewith And On Account Of The Issuance Of The Bonds; An Appropriating The Proceeds Thereof. (This ordinance was passed on 10-06-2015but should have just been introduced. This is Aaron’s recommendation: I recommend that we note for the record that the ordinance was merely introduced at the October meeting and that we were voting to move forward with the process (which is actually what I thought we did at that time) and that the actual approval vote will be at the November 4th meeting.) New Business County Commissioner Heirbrandt to discuss the 236th Street project with us along with an 80/20 grant opportunity for the project to continue into our town up to the causeway.
