4 TOWN OF CICERO TOWN COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES Monday, December 30, 2019 At 8:00 am Call To Order: Present: Chad Amos Absent: Chris Lutz Craig Penwell Jack Russell Dan Strong Declare a quorum present. Others Present: Jan Unger, Clerk Treasurer Rhonda Gary, Chief Deputy Clerk Approval of Prior Minutes: Town Council Meeting Minutes, December 17, 2019, 7:00 PM – Mr. Strong made a motion to approve the Town Council Meeting Minutes for December 17, 2019. Mr. Russell seconded, motion passed. Approval of Claims: Mr. Russell made a motion to approve the Claims for December 30, 2019. Mr. Amos seconded, motion passed. New Business: Council To Consider Resolution 12-30-2019-1 Transfer Of Funds For Parks. Mr. Russell made a motion to approve Resolution 12-30-2019-1 Transfer of Funds for the Parks Department. Mr. Amos seconded, motion passed. Ms. Unger To Submit Encumbrances From 2019 to 2020. Ms. Unger distributed a listing of the Encumbrances to carry over from 2019 to 2020. Ms. Unger stated that she also attached a listing of the Funds to be used for Jackson Street, some of which are not required to be appropriated but the Council will need to be aware. Mr. Lutz inquired if there were any question from the Council there were none. Mr. Lutz stated the encumbrances were accepted. Signatures on Official Documents!
