Others Present: Rhonda Gary, Clerk Treasurer Approval of Agenda: President Strong made a motion to approve the agenda as amended. Mr. Cook seconded, motion passed Approval of Prior Minutes: Town Staff Meeting Minutes, December 10, 2020, 7:00 PM Town Council Meeting Minutes, December 15, 2020, 7:00 PM Mr. Cook made a motion to approve the minutes listed above. Mr. Lutz seconded, motion passed. Approval of Claims: Mr. Lutz made a motion to approve claims dated 12/29/2020. Mr. Cook seconded, motion passed. New Business: Transfer of Funds Resolution No. 12-29-2020-1. Mr. Lutz made a motion to approve Resolution No. 12-29-2020-1. Mr. Cook seconded, motion passed.
