Others Present: Rhonda Gary, Clerk Treasurer Approval of Agenda: Mr. Lutz made a motion to approve the agenda as presented. Mr. Cook seconded, motion carried. Approval of Claims: Mr. Cook made a motion to approve the claims date 12/29/21. Mr. Blueher seconded, motion carried. Motion to Adjourn: Mr. Blueher made the motion.
