TOWN OF CICERO TOWN COUNCIL STAFF MEETING MINUTES THURSDAY, JUNE 15, 2023 at 7:00 PM Call to Order: Vice President Lutz called the meeting to order. Present: Jerry Cook Absent: Chad Blueher Joe Cox Eric Hayden Chris Lutz Others Present: Rhonda Gary, Clerk Treasurer Dan Strong, Project Coordinator 1. Town Council – Ms. Gary will present 2024 budgets for Clerk Treasurer, Town Council, etc. at the next staff meeting on 7/13/23. In addition, the council will discuss budgets at that time. 2. Parks – Mr. Hunter will present his budget at a later date. 3. Plan – Mr. Zawadzki presented his 2024 budget to the council. 4. Fire – Chief Overholser presented his 2024 budget to the council. 5. Police – Chief Rednour presented his 2024 budget to the council. 6. Water/Wastewater – Mr. Cooper presented the 2024 budgets for LRS, MVH, Stormwater, Water and Wastewater. 7. Clerk Treasurer – Ms. Gary informed the council that a handicapped parking spot was requested at the new business on 49 E Jackson Street. Conversation ensued and Mr. Strong stated that there are other issues that are being addressed at that location. More information to follow. 8.
