TOWN OF CICERO TOWN COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES TUESDAY, DECEMBER 28, 2023 at 9:00 AM Call to Order: President Blueher called the meeting to order and called for roll call. Members of the Cicero Town Council were present or absent as follows: Present: Chad Blueher Absent: Joseph Cox Eric Hayden Dennis Johnson Christopher Lutz Declare a Quorum Present: President Blueher declared a quorum with all members present. Others Present: Rhonda Gary, Clerk Treasurer Dan Strong, Project Coordinator Terry Cooper, Utilities Director Approval of Agenda: Mr. Lutz made a motion to approve the agenda as amended. Mr. Hayden seconded, motion carried. Approval of 12/28/23 Claims: Mr. Cox made a motion to approve the claims dated 12/28/23. Mr. Johnson seconded, motion carried. Transfer Resolution 12-28-2023-01 – Mr. Hayden made a motion to approve Transfer Resolution 12-28-2023-01. Mr. Cox seconded, motion carried. Miscellaneous: 1. Roof – Mr. Strong informed the council that the contractor for repairing the roof on town hall has not panned out. After discussion, council would like to rebid the project. Mr. Strong will confer with Mr. Culp for the correct procedure. 2. Wastewater Treatment Plant – Mr. Lutz stated that he believes that the council should move forward with the WWTP funding. After a lengthy discussion, council decided to continue to explore additional options. Motion to Adjourn: Mr. Lutz made the motion. Mr. Cox seconded, motion carried. Signatures on Official Documents!
