TOWN OF CICERO TOWN COUNCIL STAFF MEETING MINUTES THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 13, 2025 at 7:00 PM Call to Order: President Cox called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM. Present: Joseph Cox Absent: Jacob Everett Dennis Johnson Eric Hayden Emily Pearson Others Present: Rhonda Gary, Clerk Treasurer 1. Town Council – The Council had nothing to present. 2. Plan – Mr. Zawadzki was not present. 3. Fire – a. New Hire Update – Chief Overholser informed the council of the fire department new hires. b. Ambulance Fees – Chief Overholser distributed and presented a proposed new fee schedule for ambulance billing rates. Council asked Ms. Gary to add this to the 11/18/25 Council Meeting Agenda. 4. Police – a. New Hire Update – Chief Rednour informed the council of the police department new hires. b. Stop Light – Chief Rednour gave a brief update regarding concerns at the stoplight at Peru and Jackson Streets. 5. Water/Wastewater – Director Cooper presented a quote from Peerless Midwest for the council to consider. Council asked Ms. Gary to add this to the 11/18/25 Council Meeting Agenda. 6. Clerk Treasurer – Ms. Gary had nothing to present. 7. Project Coordinator – Mr. Strong had nothing to present. 8. Parks Dept – Superintendent Hunter was not present. Motion to Adjourn: Ms. Pearson made the motion. Mr. Johnson seconded, motion carried 3-0.
