TOWN OF CICERO TOWN COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES TUESDAY, DECEMBER 29, 2025 at 8:00 AM Call to Order: President Cox called the meeting to order at 8:00 AM. Present: Joseph Cox Absent: Dennis Johnson Eric Hayden Jacob Everett Emily Pearson Declare a Quorum Present: President Cox declared a quorum with four members present. Others Present: Rhonda Gary, Clerk Treasurer Dan Strong, Project Coordinator Approval of Agenda: Mr. Everett made a motion to approve the agenda. Ms. Pearson seconded, motion carried 4-0. Approval of Prior Minutes: Town Council Meeting Minutes, December 16, 2025, 7:00 PM Ms. Pearson made a motion to approve the minutes from December 16, 2025. Mr. Everett seconded, motion carried 4-0. Approval of 12/29/2025 Claims: Ms. Pearson made a motion approved claims dated 12/29/25 as presented. Approval of Transfer Resolution 12-29-2025-01: Mr. Hayden made a motion to approve Resolution 12-29-2025-01. Mr. Everett seconded, motion carried 4-0. Miscellaneous: There was a brief discussion concerning ISO related to a fire territory. All council members were in favor of further research and what that would look like with the exception of Ms. Pearson. Motion to Adjourn: Mr. Everett made the motion.
