CITY MANAGER REPORT PUBLIC COMMENT The Council has set aside this time for persons who wish to comment on items that are not listed on the agenda, but are within the jurisdiction of the City Council. Review and approve the First Amendment to the Garner House Lease between the City of Claremont and Claremont Heritage amending Section 3.17 and authorize the City Manager to sign the Amendment; B. Review and approve the new one-year sublease agreement between Claremont Heritage and the Claremont Courier and authorize the City Manager to sign in consent of the sublease agreement; and C.
