To allow for public participation, the Community and Human Services Commission will conduct its meeting through Zoom Video Communications. Members of the public who wish to address the Community and Human Services Commission on any matter listed on the agenda or a subject matter within the jurisdiction of the Commission may utilize the following methods. The Commission requests, but does not require, the public speakers to identify themselves. OPTION 1: LIVE COMMENTS - Through Zoom, someone wishing to speak may virtually "raise your hand". Wait to be called upon by the Commission Secretary, and then you may provide verbal comments for up to four minutes. If you are dialing in by telephone and wish to speak, please push *9. OPTION 4: TELEPHONICALLY - Members of the public wanting to address the Commission telephonically are requested to inform Patricia Cisneros, Commission Secretary, no later than 3:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting. Members of the audience will later have the opportunity to address the Commission regarding ALL OTHER ITEMS ON THE AGENDA at the time the Commission considers those items. At this time the Commission will take public comment for 30 minutes. Public Comment will resume later in the meeting if there are speakers who did not get an opportunity to speak because of the 30-minute time limit.
