Members of the audience will have the opportunity to address the Traffic and Transportation Commission about ALL OTHER ITEMS ON THIS AGENDA at the time those items are considered. Under the provisions of the Brown Act, the Traffic and Transportation Commission is prohibited from taking action on oral requests but may refer the matter to staff or to a subsequent meeting. The Traffic and Transportation Commission will respond after public comment has been received. Please state your name. Each speaker will be limited to four (4) continuous minutes. CICLAVIA: HEART OF THE FOOTHILLS OPEN STREETS EVENT SPECIAL EVENT PERMIT AND STREET CLOSURES Recommendation: Staff recommends that the Traffic and Transportation Commission provide comments and approve the special event permit for the CicLAvia: Heart of the Foothills event, including street closures as proposed by staff. Provide feedback on this first draft of the City of Claremont Complete Streets Policy, including specific elements to be addressed within the policy, and additional language on the guiding principles and practices outlined in the Policy, including procedures and implementation measures.
