Members of the audience will have the opportunity to address the Traffic and Transportation Commission about ALL OTHER ITEMS ON THIS AGENDA at the time those items are considered. Under the provisions of the Brown Act, the Traffic and Transportation Commission is prohibited from taking action on oral requests but may refer the matter to staff or to a subsequent meeting. The Traffic and Transportation Commission will respond after public comment has been received. Please state your name. Each speaker will be limited to four (4) continuous minutes. CONSENT CALENDAR All matters listed on the consent calendar are considered to be routine and may be acted upon by one motion after public comment has been received. Most items have been previously considered by the Traffic and Transportation Commission. Only Commissioners may pull an item for discussion. DRAFT TRAFFIC AND TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES OF FEBRUARY 22, 2018 Recommendation: Staff recommends that the Traffic and Transportation Commission approve and file the draft Traffic and Transportation Commission meeting minutes of February 22, 2018. REVISION TO THE 2011 SPEED SURVEY FOR ARROW HIGHWAY FROM CAMBRIDGE AVENUE TO CLAREMONT BOULEVARD Recommendation: Staff recommends that the Traffic and Transportation Commission recommend that the City Council adopt, through local ordinance, the Arrow Highway speed limit zones as outlined in the attached Arrow Highway Radar Speed Survey. VILLAGE RIDESHARE PICK-UP AND DROP-OFF ZONE Recommendation: Staff recommends that the Traffic and Transportation Commission approve the installation of a designated rideshare pick-up and drop-off area on the west side of Oberlin Avenue, just south of Second Street.
