Clarinda City Council Minutes Wednesday, August 30,2023 City Hall – 5 p.m. The Clarinda City Council met at City Hall on August 30,2023 at 5:00 p.m. Mayor Craig Hill presided over the meeting with the following Council Members present: Jeff McCall, Austin Ascherl, Kaley Neal, Matt Ridge, and James Shore. Adopt Agenda Motion by Shore to adopt the agenda. Seconded by McCall. Vote was unanimous. Consent Agenda Neal made a motion to approve the Consent Agenda consisting of (a) Tipsy Gypsy Liquor License.
