CITY COUNCIL CLARKSVILLE, TENNESSEE REGULAR SESSION February 3, 2022 MINUTES The regularly scheduled February 3, 2022 meeting of the City Council was called to order by Mayor Joe Pitts at 6:00 pm. The roll of the City Council was called and all members other than the Mayor were absent, as requested by the Mayor, due to a winter snow storm. Due to a lack of quorum, the meeting was adjourned by the Mayor. All Council Members’ absences were excused. Due to the lack of a quorum, the meeting was rescheduled as two special called sessions on February 15, 2022 and February 22, 2022. The meeting was adjourned at 6:01 pm.
