2. ORDINANCE 57-2022-23 (Second Reading) An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor,
through the City Attorney or his designee, to conduct negotiations and enter into an
agreement for purchase of certain property to be used as a fire station.
3. ORDINANCE 58-2022-23 (Second Reading) An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor,
through the City Attorney, or his designee, to conduct negotiations and to enter into an
agreement to acquire property for expansion of Dixon Park, or should negotiations fail, to
pursue condemnation through use of eminent domain for acquisition of property for a
public purpose for expansion and development of Dixon Park
