MINUTES CALL TO ORDER The Special Session of the Clarksville City Council was called to order by Mayor Joe Pitts on Tuesday, June 20, at 4:30 p.m. in City Council Chambers, 106 Public Square, Clarksville, Tennessee. ORDINANCE 133-2022-23 (Second Reading) An Ordinance amending the Fiscal Year 2022-23 Budget and approving the Fiscal Year 2023-24 Operating Budget for the Central Business Improvement District (CBID) and the Community Revolving Investment Fund (CRIF) Councilperson Smith made a motion to adopt ORDINANCE 133-2022-23 (Second Reading). Councilperson Holleman seconded the motion. Councilperson Reynolds seconded the motion. Councilperson Streetman then made a motion to amend ORDINANCE 140-2022-23 (Second Reading). Councilperson Little seconded the motion.
