NOTICE OF EDC BOARD MEETING Public Notice is hereby given that the Executive Committee of the Clarksville-Montgomery County Economic Development Council’s Board of Directors will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, June 17th, 2020, at 8:00 A.M., local time, in the Montgomery County Commission Chambers at 1 Millennium Plaza, Clarksville, Tennessee, to consider business that routinely comes before the Board at its regularly scheduled Board meeting as well as changes to the EDC Bylaws. In accordance with the Governor’s Executive Orders regarding limiting gatherings to prevent the further spread of COVID-19 while allowing public meetings to be conducted by electronic means, this meeting will be held electronically. Meeting electronically and limiting public access to the meeting is necessary to protect the public health, safety, and welfare in light of COVID-19.
