NOTICE OF EDC BOARD MEETING Public Notice is hereby given that the Executive Committee of the Clarksville-Montgomery County Economic Development Council’s Board of Directors will hold a Special-Called meeting on Friday, June 26th, 2020, at 8:00 A.M., local time, in the EDC’s Aspire Board Room, 25 Jefferson Street, Suite 300, Clarksville, Tennessee, to consider update of the President/CEO Job Description, HR Policies, a consultant contract. In accordance with the Governor’s Executive Orders regarding limiting gatherings to prevent the further spread of COVID-19 while allowing public meetings to be conducted by electronic means, this meeting will be held electronically. Meeting electronically and limiting public access to the meeting is necessary to protect the public health, safety, and welfare in light of COVID-19. In-person attendance will be limited to Executive Committee members and essential staff.
