GAS & WATER COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES February 20, 2020 Google Meets 3:45 p.m. MEMBERS PRESENT Chairwoman Valerie Guzman, Tim Chandler, Gary Norris, Ron Erb, David Allen MEMBERS ABSENT OTHERS PRESENT Mark Riggins, Fred Klein, Camille Thomas, Amie Wilson, Stephanie Fox, Mandy Phillips A meeting of the City of Clarksville Gas & Water Committee was called to order by Chairwoman Valerie Guzman on Thursday, May 21, 2020, at 3:45 p.m. This meeting was conducted via Google Meets. Minutes for the January 23, 2020 committee meeting were unanimously approved. Bad Debt was reported by Fred Klein by explaining the write-off report for the month of January 2020. Fred Klein also reported the Financials for the month of January 2020. Katina Spainhoward reported the Bid-Summary for the month. Katina Spainhoward also reported the sale of surplus property on GovDeals.com of $21,500 for the month of January 2020. Mark Riggins presented and discussed the department reports included in the packet. Mark Riggins discussed changing the meeting location for future committee meetings to the Clarksville Gas & Water Department. The meeting will still be held on the 3rd Thursday of the month at 3:45 p.m. Ron Erb made a motion for approval to change the meeting location to the Clarksville Gas & Water Department, David Allen seconded it, and the same passed unanimously. ORDINANCE 62-2019-20 Authorizing extension on utilities to 255 Harper Road, Cmap 081, Parcel 185.00; request of Karen Wilson McKay. David Allen made a motion for approval, Ron Erb seconded it, and the same passed unanimously to full City Council.
