CALL TO ORDER
A meeting of the Clarksville Housing and Community Development Committee
was called to order by Mayor Joe Pitts on Monday, May 18, 2020, at 10:00 a.m.
in the City Hall Conference Room, 1 Public Square, Clarksville, Tennessee. This
meeting was conducted via Google Meets.
ATTENDANCE
The following members were connected to the meet:
PARTICIPATING: David Allen, Jeff Burkhart, Wanda Smith, Stacey
Streetman, and Travis Holleman
Councilman Jeff Burkhart, Mayor Joe Pitts and Chief Financial Officer Laurie
Matta were physically present as well as Tammy Kilgore (Grants Analyst of
Housing and Community Development), Deborah Johnson (Finance Director),
and Amie Wilson (Director of Information Technology)
FY21 BUDGET REVIEW
The proposed 2020/2021 CDBG, HOME and Shelter Plus Care budgets from
the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and the proposed
2020/2021 ESG budget from the Tennessee Housing Development Agency
(THDA) were briefly reviewed. The CDBG allocation is reduced $40,001 and
the HOME allocation is increased $41,436 from the 2019/2020 allocation.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned at 10:12 a.m.
