Call to Order A meeting of the CDE Personnel Committee was called to order by Chairman Sally Castleman on Monday, January 13, 2020 at 3:30 p.m. at 2021 Wilma Rudolph Blvd., Clarksville, TN 37040. B. Benefits Brian Taylor started the meeting to discuss insurance and retirement. Scott Donellen and Shan Smith from Jack Turner & Associates were also present. Health Insurance: Privott Stroman reviewed the Employee Insurance Benefit Plan handout, proposing to fund at a slightly higher rate, increase what we pay, decrease employee cost. HRA changes to member pays first $500. Additional cost to CDE of $510,000 based on current enrollment. Recommendation from the committee to go to the full board for approval of this proposal.. Retirement: Scott Donellen presented the Progress Share Retirement Benefit with the proposeal to fund at 7%-8% for all eligible employees except for the Group 1 employees. Recommendation from the committee to go to the full board with approval of this proposal at 7%. C.
