PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS PROPOSAL DID NOT RECEIVE THE REQUESTED VARIANCE AS THE ZBA POSTPONED THE DECISION UNTIL THEIR AUGUST MEETING. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS PROJECT DID RECEIVE THE REQUESTED VARIANCE. #3. (Town) Applicant: Matthews and Kellogg Action: Site Plan Review Site Location: 38662/668 NYS Route 12E Clayton, NY 13624 Information: The applicants are proposing the addition of a storage building on said property in an Agricultural Residential District. Please note that this is a modified proposal as requested at our July meeting. #4. (Town) Applicant: CDF and Associates Action: Site Plan Review Site Location: 40616 Marina Road, Clayton, NY 13624 Tax Map# 20.8-1-55 Information: The applicant is proposing the construction of a storage building on the property referenced above in an Agricultural Residential District. Pre-Application: Jon Wetterhahn to conduct a small retail service business out of an existing structure. Public comments will not be accepted during pre-application conferences.
