(Town) Applicant : Mike Aubertine Action: Site Plan Permit Renewal Site Location: State Route 12, Clayton, NY 13624 Information: The applicant is proposing the construction of the third phase as noted in the original site plan review of the Clayton Distillery that requires a permit extension. The property is in the Agricultural and Rural Residential District. #3. (Town) Applicant: Kellogg and Son Action: Site Plan Review Site Location: 38662/668 NYS Route 12E Clayton, NY 13624 Information: The site plan review was approved pending the receipt of a Board- approved landscaping plan. Once the plan has been accepted, a permit for the project will be issued. Public comments will not be accepted during pre-application conferences.
