MINUTES CITY OF CLEARLAKE CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING DECEMBER 15, 2015 CALL TO ORDER SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING: 8:33 A.M. Roll Call. Present: Denise Loustalot, Mayor Gina Fortino Dickson, Vice Mayor Joyce Overton, Councilmember Russell Perdock, Councilmember Absent: Bruno Sabatier, Councilmember Staff: Greg Folsom, City Manager Melissa Swanson, City Clerk Adeline Brown, Grants Technician BUSINESS 1. Consideration of Award of contract for Asbestos and Lead Removal/Demolition of Building at 14718 Emory Ave. and 14709 Palmer Ave City Manager Folsom gave the staff report. ACTION: It was moved by Vice Mayor Fortino Dickson and seconded by Councilmember Perdock to authorize the City Manager to execute a contract with Walberg Inc. for a not- to-exceed amount of $70,000. The motion passed with a unanimous roll call vote of 4-0-1, with Councilmember Sabatier absent.
