Roll Call. Consideration of Submittal of Argument in Favor of Measure V, Road Maintenance and Improvement Transactions and Use Tax City Manager Folsom gave the staff report. CCM 06-30-16 Page 1 of 2 ACTION: It was moved by Councilmember Sabatier and seconded by Councilmember Overton to approve the submittal of the Direct Argument in Favor of Measure V to the Deputy City Clerk. The motion passed with a unanimous roll call vote, with Vice Mayor Fortino Dickson absent.
