An unnamed man had questions on the abatement order. Vice Mayor Sabatier opened the Public Hearing at 6:26 p.m. Tamara Sutch, appellant, spoke against the abatement order. She entered into evidence a letter from her neighbor, Lloyd Wilborn, against the abatement order. She further entered into evidence photos of her property. Both are attached to the minutes and are a part of the record thereof. An unnamed man spoke against the abatement order.
