close the Public Hearing at 6:18 p.m. The motion passed with a unanimous voice vote, with

ACTION: It was moved by Councilmember Bennett and seconded by Councilmember Overton to
adopt Resolution No 2016-42 denying the appeal. The motion passed with a unanimous voice

Tamara Sutch, appellant, spoke against the abatement order. She entered into evidence a letter
from her neighbor, Lloyd Wilborn, against the abatement order. She further entered into evidence
photos of her property. Both are attached to the minutes and are a part of the record thereof.
An unnamed man spoke against the abatement order.
Vice Mayor Sabatier called for a recess from 6:31 p.m. to 6:44 p.m.
ACTION: It was moved by Councilmember Overton and seconded by Councilmember Bennett to
close the Public Hearing at 7:05 p.m. The motion passed with a unanimous voice vote, with
Mayor Perdock absent.
ACTION: It was moved by Councilmember Overton and seconded by Councilmember Bennett to
carry over the appeal hearing to the special meeting of October 10th. The motion passed with a
unanimous voice vote, with Mayor Perdock absent.
