Presentation of a Proclamation Declaring November 2016 as Native American Heritage Month BUSINESS 2. Draft Austin Park Master Plan City Manager Folsom gave the staff report. Greg Melton, Melton Design Group, made a presentation. There was no action taken on this item. 3. 2040 Draft General Plan Update Consulting Planner Price gave the staff report. CCM 11-16-16 JM Page 1 of 2 ACTION: It was the consensus of the Council and Planning Commission to move forward with the General Plan Update.
