MINUTES CITY OF CLEARLAKE CITY COUNCIL & REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY SPECIAL MEETING JANUARY 6, 2011 CALL TO ORDER SPECIAL JOINT CITY COUNCIL & REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY MEETING: 8:35 A.M. Special Meeting noticed January 5, 2011. Roll Call. Present: Joyce Overton, Mayor Joey Luiz, Vice Mayor Curt Giambruno, Councilmember Judy Thein, Councilmember Jeri Spittler, Councilmember Staff: Robert W. Galusha, Interim City Administrator/City Engineer CLOSED SESSION 1. PUBLIC EMPLOYEE APPOINTMENT – Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957: Title: Interim City Administrator. The Council convened to Open Session on this item at 8:55 a.m. ACTION: It was moved by Vice Mayor Luiz and seconded by Council Member Giambruno to approve a contract with Robert W. Galusha for temporary Interim City Administrator effective December 30, 2010. The motion passed with a unanimous roll call vote of 5-0. ACTION: It was moved by Vice Mayor Luiz and seconded by Council Member Thein to approve a contract with Stephen Albright for Interim City Administrator effective February 7, 2011 or earlier, if possible. The motion passed with a unanimous roll call vote of 5-0. ADJOURNMENT There being no further business to conduct, the meeting was adjourned at 8:57 A.M.
