Special Meeting noticed December 29, 2010. CALL TO ORDER JOINT WORKSHOP 1. Presentation on the Brown Act by Anita Grant, Lake County Counsel. Robert Riggs, Member of the Redevelopment Advisory Committee, called to order the Joint Workshop and introduced Ms. Grant. Ms. Grant gave an overview of the Brown Act and provided a handout of major points of the Brown Act. ADJOURNMENT There being no further business to conduct, the meeting was adjourned at 11:12 A.M.
